Cancellation and Refund Policy

Apostle's Institute Refund Policy

Apostle's Institute realizes that circumstances can cause clients to withdraw from their enrolled program. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they operate within the stated withdrawal and refund terms. If you qualify, Apostle's Institute will refund all payments in the same manner as the original payment. Refunds will be processed in no less than seven (7) work days, or within a timeline agreed upon following the refund request review or through a waiver.

Refund Policy

Apostle's Institute has instituted the following refund policy for your guidance. Refund eligibility is based on the time spent in the program. Please see the details below.

  1. Clients must submit their refund request in writing to [email protected] to initiate the process. The document must include the reason for the refund request.

  2. Clients may withdraw from their program at any time up to thirty (30) calendar days after the start of the program for a full refund of payments made to Apostle's Institute.

  3. For refund requests submitted more than thirty (30) calendar days after the enrollment date and subsequently approved, a non-refundable administrative fee of five hundred dollars ($500) will be retained.

  4. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval; all refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Apostle's Institute.

Exceptions

Apostle's Institute recognizes that there are exceptional cases where extenuating circumstances may require exceptions to our refund policy. Apostle's Institute leadership team will decide these exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you are requesting a refund based on an exceptional case, you will need to submit documentation as evidence of your circumstances. Providing this documentation does not guarantee you will be exempt from the policy.

Acknowledgement

Your enrollment in the Apostle's Institute program is acknowledgement that you understand and accept the refund policy. Please address any questions about this policy before your program begins.

Policy Review

Apostle's Institute reviews all policies on a regular basis and makes updates as needed. Apostle's Institute will communicate any modifications to this policy to clients in advance.
